The initial concepts
Burnside @ Wilshire Vista merges sophisticated urban living with a cozy, treelined neighborhood feel—steps away from local hotspots like LACMA, the La Brea Tar Pits, and the best nightlife on La Brea Avenue. Constructed on a sloping terrain, our team carefully incorporated retaining walls to secure the foundation and worked closely with neighboring properties to prevent any shift or movement during the build.
Each of the four brand-new townhomes offers three levels of living space, plus a rooftop entertainment deck with panoramic views of Downtown LA, Century City, and Baldwin Hills. Inside, you’ll find chef’s kitchens with stainless steel appliances, sunlit living areas, and en-suite bedrooms offering a spa-like retreat.
