Located in Los Angeles, Coronado 2 & 3 feature two newly built, three-story duplexes on separate lots—each with four units, offering plenty of living space across multiple levels. Together, these developments total eight units between them, each site providing a combined 12 bedrooms and 16 baths. Comparable in size to the original Coronado project, Coronado 2 & 3 embrace a small-lot subdivision concept that showcases modern design, rooftop lounges equipped with solar panels, and efficient use of space to create a comfortable multi-unit living experience.
Coronado 2 & 3 build on the success of our first Coronado project, delivering a fresh, multi-unit setup that highlights modern design and efficient use of limited space. By following a small-lot subdivision approach, we were able to create two separate three-story duplexes, each offering four spacious units with ample natural light and clean architectural lines.
A standout feature of these properties is the private rooftop lounges, complete with solar panel installations—a nod to sustainable living that also capitalizes on sunny California weather. Inside, large windows, open floor plans, and contemporary finishes deliver a welcoming feel without compromising on style or privacy between units.
Throughout this project, our team focused on carefully balancing practicality and aesthetics. We used sturdy structural elements (including steel framing) to ensure lasting quality, while each unit’s layout is designed to let in maximum natural light. The result? A multi-unit development that truly feels like home—and shows how efficient land use can still create livable, attractive spaces in a bustling urban setting.
